创伤外科护理临床带教的难点与应对措施

摘    要:目的 探究创伤外科护理临床带教的难点与应对措施.方法 调查医院在创伤外科护理临床带教中,主要存在的问题,自行设计问卷,调查2017年1月—2018年12月的创伤外科实习的120名护生对创伤外科护理临床带教的满意情况.结果 创伤外科护生满意度的项目,从高到低分别为带教老师专科知识水平、带教老师服务态度、科室轮转时间、轮转科室安排、临床带教老师科研知识局限、对护理职业的热爱.在创伤外科护理临床带教工作中,护生、临床带教老师和科室、医院等各方面均存在一定的问题,需要积极进行解决.结论 在临床带教工作中,要转变护生的思想,提高带教老师的综合素质,完善带教管理制度和教学方法 ,促进教学效果的提升.

Abstract:Objective To explore the difficulties and Countermeasures of clinical teaching of trauma surgery nursing.Methods To investigate the main problems in clinical teaching of traumatic surgery nursing in our hospital,and to design a self-designed questionnaire to investigate 120 nursing students in traumatic surgery practice from January 2017 to December 2018,and to find out their satisfaction with clinical teaching of traumatic surgery nursing.Results The satisfaction of nursing students in trauma surgery ranged from high to low in terms of professional knowledge level,service attitude,rotation time,arrangement of rotation departments,limitation of scientific research knowledge of clinical teaching teachers,and love of nursing profession.In the clinical teaching of trauma surgery nursing,there are some problems in nursing students,clinical teachers,departments and hospitals,which need to be solved actively.Conclusion In clinical teaching,we should change the thinking of nursing students,improve the comprehensive quality of teaching teachers,improve teaching management system and teaching methods,and promote the improvement of teaching effect.
