腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的效果观察

目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年2月我院收治的102例胆结石患者,将实施小切口胆囊切除术的52例患者纳入对照组,将实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的50例患者纳入观察组。比较两组的手术相关指标、应激反应及并发症。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、首次肛门排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,两组的Glu、CRP、Cor水平均较术前升高,但观察组的Glu、CRP、Cor水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的19.23%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者的疗效显著,可有效减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间、首次肛门排气时间及住院时间,减轻应激反应,且并发症发生率较低。

Observation on the Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Cholelithiasis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholelithiasis.Methods 102 patients with cholelithiasis in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected.52 patients with small-incision cholecystectomy were selected as control group,and 50 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as observation group.The surgery related indicators,stress response and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).One day after surgery,the levels of Glu,CRP and Cor in both groups were higher than those before surgery,but the levels of Glu,CRP and Cor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than 19.23%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has significant effect in the treatment of patients with cholelithiasis,which can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss amount,shorten the operation time,first anal exhaust time and hospitalization time,reduce stress response,and has lowerer incidence of complications.
