小儿严重创伤术后ICU治疗和并发症发生率分析

目的分析小儿严重创伤术后ICU治疗的临床效果和并发症发生率。方法从2017年9月—2018年9月期间本院接收并诊治的小儿严重创伤患儿72例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为常规组和ICU治疗组两组,常规组(n=36例)采用常规方法治疗,ICU治疗组(n=36例)在治疗的基础上采用ICU治疗。分析两组患儿APACHEⅡ评分、凝血功能指标(凝血酶原时间PT、活化部分凝血活酶时间APTT)水平变化和并发症发生概率的差异性。结果治疗后,ICU治疗组患儿APACHEⅡ评分(10.12±0.35)分,相比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且明显低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,ICU治疗组患儿PT水平值(11.08±1.04)s、APTT水平值(34.13±1.12)s,相比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且明显低于常规组(P<0.05);ICU治疗组并发症发生概率为8.33%,明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论小儿严重创伤术后ICU治疗的临床效果显著,能够促进凝血功能指标正常,提高临床疗效,降低术后并发症的发生概率,加快病情康复。

Analysis of ICU Treatment and Complication Incidence After Severe Trauma in Children

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and complication rate of ICU treatment after severe trauma in children.Methods 72 cases of children with severe trauma received and treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were studied.The randomized digital method was used to divide into two groups:the conventional group and the ICU treatment group,and the conventional group(n=36 cases)used the conventional method.The ICU treatment group(n=36 cases)was treated on a therapeutic basis.The variation of the level and complication probability of APACHEⅡscore,coagulation function index(prothrombin time PT,activated partial thrombin time APTT)were analyzed.Results After treatment,the score of APACHEⅡin children in the ICU treatment group(10.12±0.35)was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower than the regular group(P<0.05);After treatment,the PT level(11.08±1.04)S and APTT level(34.13±1.12)s were significantly lower in children in the ICU treatment group than before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower than the regular group(P<0.05);The probability of complications in ICU treatment group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU treatment after severe trauma in children has significant clinical effects,can promote the normal coagulation function index,improve clinical efficacy,reduce the probability of postoperative complications,and speed up the recovery of illness.It can be widely used in clinic.
