急诊科实习护生中新教学模式的应用效果研究

摘    要:目的 探讨急诊科实习护生中新教学模式的应用效果.方法 选取自2018年9月—2019年3月在医院急诊科实习的60名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表达法分为研究组(30例,案例分析+情景模拟带教)与对照组(30例,传统带教),比较分析两组护生实习效果、护生对带教方法 评价等.结果 研究组实习护生理论、实践评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护生对教学模式满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在急诊科实习护生带教中,采用新教学模式有助于提高护生综合技能以及教学满意度.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of the new teaching mode in the emergency nursing students.Methods Sixty nursing interns who were internship in the emergency department of our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into study groups according to the random number expression method(30 cases,case analysis+scenario simulation teaching).and the control group(30 cases,traditional teaching),comparative analysis of the two groups of nursing students internship effect,nursing students on the teaching method evaluation.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the nursing students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency department nursing students,the adoption of the new teaching mode will help improve the comprehensive skills of nursing students and teaching satisfaction,which has significant promotion significance.
