早期康复护理对重症颅脑损伤患者的康复影响

目的研究早期康复护理对重症颅脑损伤患者的康复影响。方法选取我院在2018年1月-2018年12月期间收治的48例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将该48例患者均分为A、B两个组别,各有患者24例。采用常规护理方式对A组患者进行护理干预,采用早期康复护理方式对B组患者进行护理干预,观察比较两组患者的疗效和肌力情况。结果A、B两组患者的治疗有效率分别为70.83%和95.83%,B组患者治疗有效率高于A组患者(P<0.05);与此同时,护理后B组患者的上肢肌力、下肢肌力指标较之A组更好,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理对重症颅脑损伤患者的康复影响较大,能够显著提高患者疗效以及显著改善患者肌力情况,从而显著提高患者生存质量,该护理方式是一种安全且有效的护理方式。

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Patients With Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 48 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects.The 48 patients were divided into two groups,A and B,with 24 patients in each group.The patients in group A were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in group B were treated with early rehabilitation nursing,to observe and compare the curative effect and muscle strength of the two groups.Results The effective rates of group A and group B were 70.83%and 95.83%,respectively.The effective rates of group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).At the same time,the muscle strength of upper and lower limbs in Group B was better than that in group A after nursing,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has great influence on the rehabilitation of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.It can significantly improve the curative effect of patients and the muscle strength of patients,so as to significantly improve the quality of life of patients.This nursing mode is a safe and effective nursing mode.
