心理应激对策在慢性盆腔炎护理中的实施效果观察

目的 探讨在慢性盆腔炎护理中行心理应激对策的临床效果.方法 选入医院于2017年3月—2018年4月期间所收治慢性盆腔炎患者70例,采用抽签法将其平分为研究组(n=35)和参照组(n=35).参照组行基础护理,研究组在此基础上加行心理应激对策,对比两组患者治疗效果,生活质量评分.结果 (1)研究组的治疗效果高于参照组,组间对比(P<0.05).(2)研究组生活指数(91.60±1.80)分高于参照组(80.20±0.56)分,组间对比(t=35.7771,P=0.0000),研究组心理指数(93.23±5.03)分高于参照组(81.20±2.60)分,组间对比(t=12.5693,P=0.0000).结论 心理应激对策在慢性盆腔炎护理中能够提高治疗效果.

Observation on the Effect of Psychological Stress Countermeasure in Nursing of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological stress in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods Seventy patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018.They were divided into study group(n=35)and reference group(n=35)by drawing lots.The control group received basic nursing,and the research group received psychological stress measures on this basis.The therapeutic effect and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).(2)The life index(91.60+1.80)score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(80.20+0.56),the inter-group comparison(t=35.7771,P=0.0000),the psychological index(93.23+5.03)score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(81.20+2.60),and the inter-group comparison(t=12.5693,P=0.0000).Conclusion Psychological stress can improve the therapeutic effect in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammation.
