护理干预对于癌性疼痛患者的应用效果

目的探究护理干预对于癌性疼痛患者自我管理行为的影响与生活质量的改善效果。方法将近期在我院收治的癌性疼痛患者分为两组。A组患者以常规护理干预模式开展护理,B组患者在A组的护理基础上实施循证护理。比较两组患者护理后的自我管理行为评分以及生活质量评分。结果护理后对比两组患者的自我管理行为评分以及KPS评分可知,B组患者的自我管理行为评分以及KPS评分均明显高于A组,上述数据经统计学比对后结果提示具有明显差距(P<0.05)。结论对癌性疼痛患者运用循证护理干预措施的应用效果显著,有助于提高患者自我管理能力并改善其生活质量,应广泛运用于临床。

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients With Cancer Pain

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on self-management behavior and quality of life of patients with cancer pain. Methods The patients with cancer pain in our hospital were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group received evidencebased nursing on the basis of nursing in the control group. The scores of self-management behavior and quality of life after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, comparing the selfmanagement behavior scores and KPS scores of the two groups of patients, it can be seen that the self-management behavior scores and KPS scores of the patients in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. The above data showed significant differences after statistical comparison(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing interventions for cancer pain patients has a significant effect, which helps improve patients’ self-management ability and improve their quality of life, and should be widely used in clinical practice.
