阶段性健康教育在上消化道出血中的应用

目的讨论阶段性健康教育在上消化道出血护理中的应用。方法截取本院2016年3月—2019年3月期间的400例上消化道出血患者成为此次研究观察对象,继而将其以随机法分为对照组(传统健康宣教)与研究组(阶段性健康教育)各200例,评判标准:遵医性行为、护理满意度。结果研究组患者护理干预后的各项治疗依从性情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者干预后的护理满意度评分指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论与传统的健康宣教相比,在上消化道出血病症治疗过程中实施阶段性健康教育可有效的提高患者的治疗配合度,且其对此种护理模式的满意度较高。

Application of Periodic Health Education in Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the application of staged health education in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From March 2016 to March 2019,400 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(traditional health education)and the study group(periodic health education).The evaluation criteria were compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.Results The treatment compliance of patients in the study group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with the traditional health education,the implementation of staged health education in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the degree of patients'treatment coordination,and its satisfaction with this nursing model is high.
