预见性护理在妇产科围术期感染中的应用价值

目的探讨预见性感染预防护理在妇产科围术期感染预防中的应用价值。方法对象选取为240例妇产科围术期患者,患者抽签时间段为2017年1月-2018年7月期间,将患者按照不同的护理干预方式进行分组,其中120例纳入对照组实施常规护理,另外120例纳入观察组实施预见性感染预防护理干预,比较患者围术期感染的发生率,调查患者护理满意度水平。结果观察组患者感染发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者整体对护士工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对妇产科围术期患者发生感染情况,实施积极的预见性感染预防护理干预,能明显降低围术期感染的发生率,提升护理工作的满意度,缩短患者切口恢复时间和住院时间,效果理想。

Applicability of Predictive Nursing in Perioperative Infection of Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Objective To explore the application value of predictive infection prevention nursing in perioperative infection prevention of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 240 patients in perioperative period of gynecology and obstetrics were selected.The patients were divided into groups according to different nursing intervention methods from January 2017 to July 2018.120 patients were included in the control group for routine nursing,and 120 patients were included in the observation group for predictive infection prevention nursing intervention.The satisfaction level,incidence of perioperative infection was compared and the nursing care of patients was investigated.Results After intervention,the incidence of infection rate among two groups was no difference(P>0.05),and the overall satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the infection situation of perioperative patients in gynecology and obstetrics,the implementation of positive predictive infection prevention and nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative infection,improve the satisfaction of nursing work,shorten the recovery time of incision and hospitalization time of patients.
