妊娠早期空腹血糖与妊娠期糖尿病发生的关系

摘    要:目的分析探讨妊娠早期空腹血糖值与妊娠期糖尿病发生的关系。方法随机抽取2015年1月—2018年12月期间在本院产科门诊进行首次产检的孕妇共计548例作为研究对象,对其妊娠早期空腹血糖值(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)值进行检测,并在孕24~28周时行75 g葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)筛查对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)进行诊断。结果发生妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇,其在年龄、妊娠早期BMI、血压、糖化血红蛋白以及空腹血糖值等指标方面均与未发生妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。且随着妊娠早期空腹血糖值的升高,发生GDM的风险逐渐增加(P<0.05)。结论妊娠早期空腹血糖值对于妊娠期糖尿病的预测有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relation between early fasting plasma glucose and the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 548 pregnant women were randomly selected from the obstetric clinic of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 for the first delivery test.Their FPG and HbAlc values were measured at the early stage of pregnancy,and 75 g glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was performed at 24~28 weeks of pregnancy to diagnose GDM.Results In terms of age,early pregnancy BMI,blood pressure,glycohemoglobin and fasting plasma glucose and other indicators,there were significant differences(P<0.05)between the pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and who did not have gestational diabetes.And for the pregnant women of gestational diabetes mellitus,the risk of GDM increased with the increasing of fasting plasma glucose in early pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion The fasting plasma glucose in early pregnancy has important significance for the prediction of gestational diabetes.
