丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑治疗对甲亢患者甲状腺功能及肝功能的影响

目的探讨丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑治疗对甲亢患者甲状腺功能及肝功能的影响。方法选取甲亢患者102例,随机分为两组各51例。对照组给予丙硫氧嘧啶治疗,观察组给予丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑治疗。比较两组的甲状腺功能及肝功能。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的TSH水平显著高于对照组,TT3、FT3、FT4水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的ALT、AST、ALP、TBil水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙硫氧嘧啶联合甲巯咪唑治疗可明显改善甲亢患者的甲状腺功能,但对患者肝脏有一定损害,临床用药时需密切关注患者的肝功能情况。

Impact of Propylthiouracil Combined with Thiamazole Treatment on the Thyroid Function and Liver Function of Patients with Hyperthyroidism

Objective To explore the impact of propylthiouracil combined with thiamazole treatment on the thyroid function and liver function of patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 102 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propylthiouracil,and the observation group was treated with propylthiouracil combined with thiamazole.The thyroid function and liver function were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the TSH level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the levels of TT3,FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,no significant difference was found in ALT,AST,ALP and TBil levels between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Propylthiouracil combined with thiamazole treatment can significantly improve the thyroid function of patients with hyperthyroidism,but it has certain damage to the liver,so it is necessary to pay close attention to the liver function of patients during clinical use.
