胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗的疗效观察

目的分析胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法纳入病例是医院骨科2017年2月—2019年2月收治的96例胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者,随机平均分为2组,研究组(接受后入路手术治疗,48例)、参照组(接受前入路手术治疗,48例),对比临床疗效、ODI评分、椎体前缘、后缘高度、并发症发生率。结果研究组临床总有效率(95.83%)显著比参照组(72.92%)高,研究组治疗后ODI评分显著比参照组低,研究组治疗后椎体前缘、后缘高度均显著比参照组高,并发症发生率研究组(4.17%)显著比参照组(20.83%)低,P<0.05。结论后入路手术可显著改善胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者病情,减轻功能障碍,恢复椎体前后缘高度,降低并发症发生率,安全可靠,值得借鉴。

Therapeutic Effect of Surgical Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spine With Multi-segmental Spinal Fracture

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods The enrolled cases were 96 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures treated in our hospital's orthopedics department from February 2017 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The study group(received postoperative approach,48 cases)and the reference group(received anterior approach,48 cases),compared the clinical efficacy,ODI score,vertebral leading edge,posterior edge height,and complication rate.Results The total clinical effective rate(95.83%)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(72.92%).After treatment,the ODI score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group.The incidence of complications in the study group(4.17%)was significantly lower than the reference group(20.83%),P<0.05.Conclusion Posterior approach can significantly improve the condition of patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures,reduce dysfunction,restore the height of the anterior and posterior margins of the vertebral body,reduce the incidence of complications,safe and reliable,and it is worth learning.
