高校课堂教学质量评价指标的结构方程建构

摘    要:为建立客观的、全面的高校课堂教学质量评价指标,文章以教师为视角,通过问卷调查获取数据资料,运用结构方程,建立并拟合优化课堂教学质量评价模型。研究结果表明高校课堂教学效果主要体现在学生课堂的积极、活跃表现,结构方程标准化负荷系数为0.77,课堂教学质量评价时应以此指标为重。同时发现,教学能力是影响课堂教学效果的最重要因素,标准化负荷系数为0.895。教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、教学规范和教学组织对教学效果也有正向影响作用,标准化负荷系数分别为0.493、0.615、0.674、0.441、0.610。高校注重教师教学能力培养的同时,应结合实际多角度完善课堂教学质量评价,最终客观地确定课堂教学质量评价指标体系。

Abstract:In order to establish objective and comprehensive evaluation index of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities,this study obtains data through a questionnaire survey from the perspective of teachers,establishes and fits optimized classroom teaching quality evaluation models using structural equations.The research results show that the effectiveness of classroom teaching in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the positive and active performance of students in the classroom.The standardized load coefficient of the structural equation is 0.77.And this indicator should be the most important factor in classroom evaluation.It is found that teaching ability is an important factor that affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching,whose standardized load factor is 0.895,but teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching standards,and teaching organization are also positive factors affecting teaching quality with standardized load coefficients of 0.493,0.615,0.674,0.441,and 0.610,respectively.Colleges and universities should improve the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in combination with actual multiangles,and finally objectively determine the evaluation index system of classroom teaching quality.
