优质护理对妊高症产妇产后出血护理效果

目的了解优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的应用效果。方法将医院2017年6月-2018年11月的80例妊高症产妇,随机分组,常规产程护理组给予常规产程护理,优质护理服务组进行了优质护理服务。比较两组满意情况;不同产后时间内出血总量、平均产程时间;护理前后不良心理;产后出血发生率。结果优质护理服务组满意情况、不良心理、不同产后时间内出血总量、平均产程时间、产后出血发生率对比常规产程护理组有优势,P<0.05。结论妊高症产妇实施优质护理服务效果确切,可缩短产程,减少出血,降低妊高症产妇不良心理,提高满意度。

Quality Nursing Care for Postpartum Hemorrhage in Pregnant Women With Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

Objective To understand the effect of quality nursing in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 80 pregnant women with PIH in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The routine labor nursing group was given routine labor nursing, and the high quality nursing service group was given high quality nursing service. Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups, the total amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the average duration of labor, the unhealthy psychology before and after nursing, and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage. Results The satisfaction, bad psychology, total amount of postpartum hemorrhage, average duration of labor and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the high quality nursing service group were superior to those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high quality nursing service for pregnant women with PIH has a definite effect. It can shorten the labor process, reduce bleeding, reduce the unhealthy psychology of pregnant women with PIH and improve their satisfaction.
