| 摘 要： | 对苏氨酸和异亮氨酸发酵进行了分析，建立了其发酵过程的数学模型，并用ＳＴＤ工业控制计算机组成发酵过程微机控制系统对发酵进行了优化控制，缩短了发酵时间、提高了产率。
