彩超引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗多发肾结石9例效果研究

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声（彩超）引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗多发肾结石的应用价值。方法：在彩超引导下对9例（10只肾）多发性。肾结石患者行经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗，其中中盏穿刺7例（8只肾），下盏穿刺2例。结果：在彩超引导下，9例患者（10只肾）全部穿刺成功。手术均未输血，均无严重并发症。术后复查有3例残留小结石。结论：彩色多普勒超声（彩超）引导经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗多发肾结石手术成功率高，结石残留率低，安全，创伤小，具有较高的实用价值。

Pneumatic lithotripsy through percutaneous nephroscope under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound treating 9 cases of multiple renal calculi

Objective To investigate the value of pneumatic lithotripsy through percutaneous nephroscope under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound in the treatment of multiple renal calculi. Method Nine cases (10 kidneys ) with multiple renal calculi took pneumatic lithotripsy through percutaneous nephroscope under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound. Seven cases (8 kidneys) took renal puncture in middle caliceal and 2 cases took renal puncture in lower caliceal. Results All the cases succeeded in puncture. The operation didn′t need blood transfusion, and hadn′t serious complications. Three cases had residual stones. Conclusion The operation of pneumatic lithotripsy through percutaneous nephroscope under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound treating multiple renal calculi has high successful rate, and the stones have low resiclute rate. It is safe, less injury, and having high practical value.
