血清胱抑素C测定在疾病监测中的应用

摘    要:临床常用评价肾小球滤过功能的内源性指标如血BUN、SCr、Ccr等都存在一定的局限性,并且不同程度受到一些其他因素的影响。血清胱抑素C(cystatin C)是近年来报道的理想的GFR内源性指标。胱抑素C分子质量大于肌酐,且带正电荷,所以它更容易反映肾小球滤过膜通透性的早期变化,可以在肾小球滤过率轻微降低时升高,较肌酐更敏感。优点是方法简便、血清浓度稳定,无须接触同位素。可根据病情或治疗监测需要及时进行检测。

Abstract:The endogenous indexes such as BUN,Scr,Ccr,which are usually used to evaluate the function of glomerular filtration have somewhat limitations,what is more,they are often affected by other factors.Cystatin C is an ideal endogenic index reported recently to determine GFR(glomerular filtration rate).Because of its larger molecular weight than Ccr,positive charges,cystatin C can reflect the early variation of glomerular filtration membrane permeability,and can increase even while GFR descend slightly.It is more sensitive than Ccr.The advantages include the convenient monitoring method,stable concentrition in serum,and unnecessary to contact isotope.It can be detected in time according to pathogenetic condition and the requirement of therapy and monitoring.
