蛇葡萄属植物有效成分对中枢神经系统的作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨蛇葡萄有效成分双氢杨梅素对中枢神经系统的影响。方法:采用戊巴比妥钠建立小白鼠催眠状态模型,观察双氢杨梅素对戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的影响,并用乙醇灌胃观察双氢杨梅素的解酒作用。结果:双氢杨梅素可显著延长戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的潜伏期,缩短戊巴比妥钠的催眠作用时间,并能明显降低乙醇所致酒醉反应。结论:双氢杨梅素可减弱戊巴比妥钠或乙醇的作用,作用机理可能与诱导肝药酶,促进戊巴比妥钠或乙醇的代谢有关。

Abstract:Objective The study was designed to proke into the central inhibition effect of effective composition(dihydromyricetin)extracted from Ampelopsis.Methods Pentobarbital sodium(dose 0.05 g/ml) was used to set up little mouse hypnosis model,we observed the influence of dihydromyricetin to Pentobarbital sodium and the inhibitive effect of dihydromyricetin on alcohol.Results Dihydromyricetin can obviously extend the potential,cut down the effective time of Pentobarbital Sodium,and decrease the sloshed response of alcohol.Conclusion Dihydromyricetin can decrease effect of Pentobarbital sodium or alcohol and the mechanism may be relation to increasing the activity of liver microsomal enzyme,accelerating metabolism of alcohol or pentobarbital sodium.
