| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨EB病毒阳性胃癌(EBVaGC)中潜伏感染膜蛋白-1(LMP-1)的表达状况。②方法原位杂交法检测胃癌患者石蜡包埋组织标本中EB病毒编码的小RNA(EBV encoded RNA,166bps,EBER-1);免疫组化法检测EBVaGC中LMP-1。③结果EBVaGC中无LMP-1表达。④结论EB病毒阳性胃癌中缺乏潜伏感染膜蛋白LMP1的表达。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression LMP - 1 in EBV - associated gastric carcinoma. Methods EBER1 in 217 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected with In Situ Hybridization. EBV positive were selected to analyse the level of LMP - 1 by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of LMP - 1 in EBVaGC were not detected. Conclusions EBVaGC Lost the expression of LMP - 1. |
