后房型人工晶体植入术后房角镜观察

目的：观察后房型人工晶体植入术后房角的改变。方法：对３６例（４０只眼）白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术患者进行房角、眼压、视力及眼底等检查。结果：虹膜周边前粘连发生率为８２．５％，人工晶体固定形式中囊袋内与睫状沟固定二者之间差异无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５），人工晶体水平位与垂直位之间有非常显著性（Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论：本组观察虹膜周边前粘连发生率虽高，但对眼压、视力等无明显影响。

Gonioscopic study after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Objective:To observe the changes of anterior chamber angle after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Method:36 patients (40 eyes)with senile cataract were examed by gonioscope after extra capsular extraction of cataract and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Results:Peripheral anterior Synechia (PAS) of iris was found in 33 eyes (82.5%).There is no Significant difference between the types of lens fixation,sulcus or capsular(P>0 05),but the rate of PAS is very significant(P<0 01)between the fixation orientations,horizontal or vertical,of the intraocular lens.Conclusion:In this study,the incidence of PAS is higher but the influence of vision and IOP etc. was not significant.
