宫颈环形电切术联合药物及通宫颈管治疗重度宫颈糜烂1500例

目的 观察宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)联合康复新液、聚甲酚磺醛栓及术后通宫颈管治疗重度宫颈糜烂的临床效果.方法 对重度宫颈糜烂1500例进行LEEP治疗,术后阴道留置浸透康复新液纱布、放置聚甲酚磺醛栓及术后通宫颈管,观察术中、术后情况及临床效果.结果 本组平均手术时间为8 min,平均出血量为5 ml;术后平均阴道排液持续时间为7 d,脱痂出血持续时间为10.5 d;6例脱痂出血量较大给予局部止血治疗,5例感染阴道念珠菌及2例感染滴虫者经对症处理后治愈;一次性治愈率99.13%,总有效率100.0%.结论 LEEP联合康复新液、聚甲酚磺醛栓及术后通宫颈管治疗重度宫颈糜烂效果显著,手术操作简便、安全、时间短,无痛苦,且不影响受孕、妊娠结局及分娩时宫口扩张,也适用于未生育妇女.

Clinical Research of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure Procedure United Drug and Dredge Cervical Canals Therapy on Severe Cervical Erosion (A Report of 1500 Cases)

Objective To observe the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） combined with Kangfuxin liquid and policresulen vaginal suppository and dredge cervical canals after operational therapy on severe cervical erosion.Methods 1500 patients with severe cervical erosion were treated with the LEEP procedure,then with gauzes soaked with the Kangfuxin liquid and policresulen vaginal suppository placed in their vaginals.Conditions during and after operation and the clinical effects were observed.Results In the treatment group,the mean operation time was 8 min and the average blood loss was 5 ml;The mean duration time of vaginal discharge was 7 d and the duration of bleeding scab-off was 10.5 d;6 cases of bleeding scab-off were given topical haemostatic treatment,5 cases of candida vaginal infection,2 cases of infection trichomoniasis were cured after symptomatic treatment;The cure rate of first treatment was 99.13% by only once,and the total effective rate was 100.0%.Conclusion LEEP procedure combined with Kangfuxin liquid and policresulen vaginal suppository and dredge cervical canals after operation is effective in treating severe cervical erosion.The operation is simple,safe and effective and painless.It does not affect pregnancy,pregnancy outcome and cervical dilation during childbirth,which is also applicable to non-childbearing women.
