脑卒中偏瘫行康复治疗患者心理健康状况调查

目的 调查脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗患者的心理健康状况.方法 选取脑卒中偏瘫行康复治疗的78例作为试验组,并选取无慢性心身疾病的家属78名作为对照组.试验组给予康复治疗.两组均应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)评估心理健康状况.结果 试验组SCL-90中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子评分及EPQ中N和P评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者普遍存在精神心理问题,在康复治疗中应用心理治疗措施,可促进神经功能的康复.

Mental Health Status Investigation of Patients Undergoing Stroke Rehabilitation Therapy

Objective To investigate the mental health status of patients undergoing cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia rehabilitation therapy.Methods 78 patients under stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation treatment were chosen as the test group,and 78 controls with no obvious chronic psychosomatic disease（relatives of patients） were chosen as control group.The test group was given rehabilitation therapy.The two groups used symptom checklist（SCL-90） and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ） scale for assessment of mental health status of adults.The scores of 2 groups were observed.Results In the test group,scores of SCL-90 and N and P of EPQ in somatization,obsessive symptoms,depression,anxiety,fear factor were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion It is common that patients with hemiplegia have psychological problems,and application of psychological treatment can promote the rehabilitation of neurological function.
