显微外科手术在治疗颅内镜像动脉瘤中的应用

目的 探讨显微外科手术在治疗颅内镜像动脉瘤中的应用.方法 我科收治的19例颅内镜像动脉瘤均行显微外科手术治疗,采取早期与择期、一期与二期相结合的方法处理动脉瘤.结果 本组一期手术11例,二期手术6例,一侧动脉瘤夹闭后对侧动脉瘤未处理2例;动脉瘤直接夹闭38个,未处理2个.术后恢复优良12例,轻残5例,重残2例.结论 显微外科手术治疗颅内镜像动脉瘤效果显著,选择正确的手术时机和方法是提高疗效、改善预后的关键.

The Application of Microsurgery in the Treatment of Intracranial Mirror-image Aneurysm

Objective To study the application of microsurgery in the treatment of intracranial mirror-image aneurysm.Methods 19 patients with intracranial mirror-image aneurysms hospitlized in our department underwent microsurgical operation.The intracranial mirror-image aneurysms were treated with the method of combining early-stage with select-stage operation and one-stage with two-stage operation.Results 11 patients underwent stage-one operation and 6 patients underwent stage-two operation and 2 patients were not treated after one side aneurysm were clipped;38 aneurysms were clipped directly and 2 aneurysms were not treated.Surgical outcomes were good in 12 cases,light disability occured in 5 cases and severe disability in 2 cases.Conclusion The treatment of intracranial mirror-image aneurysm with microsurgical operation is effective.To choose the right moment and method of operation is the key to improve the curative effect and prognosis.
