鼻用氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童中-重度变应性鼻炎观察

目的 探讨氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿中-重度变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效及安全性.方法 将97例患儿按随机数字表法分为A组33例、B组32例和C组32例.A组单纯给予氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂,每次每鼻孔1揿,每日早晚各1次.B组单纯给予孟鲁司特5 mg口服,每晚1次.C组为A组联合B组治疗,剂量、用法相同.观察4周,比较各组显效率及总有效率;随访3个月,比较各组复发率.结果 治疗4周C组显效率及总有效率高于A、B组,复发率低于A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);3组均未发生严重不良反应.结论 氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童中-重度AR效果较好,无明显不良反应,但远期效果尚需进一步研究.

The Controlled Clinical Study of Montelukast Joint Fluticasone Nasal Spray on the Efficacy and Safety in Treatment of Children with Moderete-Serious Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fluticasone nasal spray used with Montelukast in the treatment of children with moderate-severe allergic rhinitis（AR）.Methods 97 AR patients were randomly divided into group A（n=33）,group B（n=32） and group C（n=32）.Group A： daily use of Fluticasone nasal spray was 1 press in each nostril,in the morning and evening respectively.Group B： oral administration of 5 mg Montelukast before bed time.Group C： group A with group B with the same dosage.The significant efficiency and total efficiency were compared between the three groups during a 4-week observation and the recurrence rates were compared between the three groups after a 3-month follow-up.Results In comparison significant efficiency and total efficiency rates of group C were higher than that of group A and group B,with a lower rate of recurrence rate.The differences were significant（P0.05）,and there were with no serious adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion Fluticasone nasal spray combined with Montelukast in the treatment of children with moderate-serious allergic rhinitis（AR） is effectine and safe,but further research is needed on the long-term effects.
