| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药体膜联合水杨酸软膏外用对慢性湿疹的治疗作用.方法 慢性湿疹患者83例,随机分为2组,试验组43例,采用中药体膜疗法联合10%水杨酸软膏外擦;对照组40例,采用卤米松软膏联合联合10%水杨酸软膏外擦.两组疗程均为4周.结果 试验组总有效率为86.05%,对照组总有效率62.50%,疗效有显著性差异（=6.06,P〈0.05）.结论 中药体膜联合水杨酸软膏外用治疗慢性湿疹具有较好的临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine pour mask and salicylic acid ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 83 patients who were suffering from chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups. The observe group included 43 cases ,which was treated with Chinese medicine pour mask and 10% salicylic acid ointment; and the control group included 40 cases, which was treated with Halometasone ointment and 10% salicylic acid ointment. The courses were four weeks. Results The total effective rate of the observe group was 86.05% , and the control group was 62. 50% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine pour mask and salicylic acid ointment should be well effect on chronic eczema. |
