摘    要:目的:探讨孕妇学校结合心理干预对产妇产后抑郁症的影响。方法将符合条件的420例孕妇随机分成两组。实验组进行孕妇学校学习及心理干预,对照组不予特殊干预,采用传统的服务模式。两组孕妇于入组时及临产前由专人进行抑郁自评量表( SDS)测评,产后1周(出院前)及产后6周由专人进行爱丁堡产后抑郁量表( EPDS)测评。结果对照组与试验组入组时抑郁症状检出率分别为5.6%和5.4%,差异无统计学意义( P〉0.05),临产前分别为8.1%和2.9%,有统计学差异(P〈0.05);产后1周和6周抑郁症状检出率实验组显著低于对照组,且实验组随着时间延长而检出率降低,对照组则升高。结论孕妇学校结合心理干预能改善孕期抑郁症状,显著降低产后抑郁症的发生率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of school for pregnant women combined with psychological intervention on postpartum depression. Methods 420 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the conditions of the. The experimental group intervention school learning and psychology of pregnant women, the control group no special intervention, using the traditional service mode. Two groups of pregnant women in the group and before labor by hand to carry out self rating Depression Scale ( SDS) assessment, postpartum a week ( discharge) and six weeks after delivery by hand to carry out the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale ( EPDS ) assessment. Results In the control group and the experimental group, the rate of depression was respectively 5. 6% and 5. 4%, no significant difference (P〉0. 05), before labor were 8. 1%and 2. 9%, there was significant difference (P〈0. 05);postpartum a week and the six week prevalence rate of depression in ex-perimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the experimental group with the prolongation of time and the detection rate is reduced, the control group was increased. Conclusion Pregnant women school combined with psychological intervention can improve maternal depressive symptoms, decrease the incidence of postpartum depression.
