| 摘 要： | 目的研究穿孔性阑尾炎行腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法讲60例穿孔性阑尾炎患者随机分成试验组和对照组,各30例,对照组常规治疗,实验组腹腔镜手术治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率。结果试验组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率56.7%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对穿孔性阑尾炎患者病情,及时采用腹腔镜手术治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery on perforated appendicitis. Methods 60 cases with perforated appendicitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the experimental group was given laparoscopic surgery. The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%, and that of the control group was 56.7%, the difference in effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery given to the patients with perforated appendicitis timely based on the conditions of the patients can achieve significant effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
