强化调脂治疗在糖尿病高脂血症中应用临床评价

目的 评价瑞舒伐他汀与依折麦布联合强化调脂治疗糖尿病高脂血症的临床疗效.方法 选取74例糖尿病高脂血症患者,随机分为两组.对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀10mg/d,治疗组给予依折麦布10mg/d与瑞舒伐他汀5mg/d.3个月后以总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）为参数,比较血脂水平.结果 两组的TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前有显著下降（P〈0.05）,且治疗组较对照组明显（P〈0.01）,HDL-C较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.05）.两组各项指标变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布较单用瑞舒伐他汀能更有效地改善糖尿病患者的血脂谱,是一种理想的降脂方案.

Intensive lipid-lowering therapy in the treatment of diabetes with hypercholesterolemia

Objective To observe the effect of combined ezetimibe and rosuvastatin on diabetes with hypercholesterolemia. Methods Seventy-four patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Observe total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） , high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C）. Results The TG, TC, LDL-C were significantly lower in treatment group than in control group after treatment, and HDL-C elevated remarkably than those at baseline. Conclusion Combined rosuvastatin with ezetimibe can improve the lipid profile more effectively than rosuvastatin alone.
