| 摘 要： | 目的：观察新生儿病房护士分层级管理对促进护理质量和提高患儿家属满意度的效果。方法建立新生儿病房护士分层级管理制度，比较分层管理前后1年护理质量和患儿家属满意度变化情况。结果护理质量与患儿家属满意度都明显提高（P 〈0.01）。结论新生儿病房护士分层级管理，能有效提高护理质量和患儿家属满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Nurse hierarchical-management in improving the nursing quality and raising the Family members of child-patients Satisfaction. Methods Build the Nurse hierarchical-management system in the Neonatal Ward. Compared the changes with the nursing quality and the family members of child-patients satisfaction Hierarchical man-agement before and after 1 year. Results The nursing quality and the family members of child-patients satisfaction raise Significantly. Conclusion Nurse hierarchical-management in the neonatal ward can improve the nursing quality and the family members of child-patients satisfaction. |
