| 摘 要： | 目的：通过双源 CT 检查探讨老年2型糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变特点。方法对我院539例行双源 CT检查存在冠状动脉病变的老年患者，分为糖尿病组与非糖尿病组，并对其检查资料进行分析，观察两组的冠脉病变特点。结果老年2型糖尿病患者冠状动脉病变程度更重、范围更广，多支及弥漫病变更多。结论糖尿病可促进冠状动脉病变的发生和发展，这在老年患者尤为明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the characteristics of coronary artery disease in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by dual-source computed tomography coronary angiography. Methods 539 hospitalizd patients were analyzed,and compare the characteristics of coronary artery disease by dual-source computed tomography coronary angiography in type 2 diabetes groups with nondiabetic groups. Results The elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus have more multi-vessel lesions and much greater extent and much severe coronary vessel involvement. Conclusion The elderly patients with 2-DM is susceptibility to coronary artery disease. |
