芒针透刺督脉为主治疗项背肌筋膜炎152例

目的：观察芒针透刺督脉治疗项背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法随机（数字表法）选取项背肌筋膜炎患者152例，治疗组76例采用芒针透刺督脉法，对照组76例采用普通针刺法，每日1次，每5次为一疗程，一个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组治愈显效率为81.58%，对照组60.52%，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）；在改善疼痛方面，两组治疗前后组间比较差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.01），但两组治疗前后组内比较有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）。结论芒针透刺督脉法治疗项背肌筋膜炎有确切疗效，值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Research on Amu-needle through-acupuncture of DU Meridian to Treat Cervical Back Muscle Fasciitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect that cervical back muscle fasciitis with Amu-needle through- acupuncture. Methods Randomized, controlled and single-blinded design was applied in this study. A total of 152 patients were randomly divided into observation group into observation group （76 cases） and controlling group （76 cases）. Two groups were treated with a period of five times per week for one week. Results The statistical difference in the total effective rate was significant in the observation group（81. 58% ） and control group （60. 52% ）,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The study shows that Amu-needle through-acupuncture treatment of cervical back muscle fasciitis is significantly effective. It is worth of applying in clinical practice.
