护理干预在带状疱疹后遗神经痛中的应用研究

目的：探讨护理干预在治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的作用。方法将符合标准的60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用护理干预，比较二者临床治疗效果。结果疗程结束后，观察组患者总有效率83.33%，明显高于对照组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。入组时两组患者 VAS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）；入组后第1周、第2周和第4周 VAS 评分较本组入组时均明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05），但是观察组患者下降幅度大于对照组（P 〈0.05）。结论护理干预可提高普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Applied Research of Nursing Intervention for Herpes Zoster Neuralgia

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods Randomly divided 60 standard patients into observation group and control group, each with 30 cases, the control group were treated by conventional care, the observation group were treated by nursing intervention, compared their clinical therapeutic effect. Results after the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 83. 33% , significantly higher than that of the the control group which is 66. 67% , which suggested statistically significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The VAS score of two groups were similar when choosed into groups, without statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）; After 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks treatment, the VAS score were significantly decreased compared with the time when they were choosed into the two groups, which suggest statistically significance （P 〈 0. 05）, but that of the observation group decreased more greater than which of the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclu-sion Nursing intervention can improve clinical curative effect of pregabalin herpes zoster neuralgia treated by pregabalin, which is worth clinical application.
