精细缝合术联合咪喹莫特乳膏预防面部囊肿剥离术后瘢痕形成的疗效分析

目的：评价囊肿剥离精细缝合术治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿及术后外用咪喹莫特乳膏预防瘢痕形成的疗效,为临床治疗皮脂腺囊肿及预防瘢痕形成提供安全可靠的方法。方法根据囊肿的大小和累及部位,以两端深中间浅的方式梭形切开皮肤,完整剥离囊肿。游离切缘皮瓣,0-丝线皮下间断缝合封闭空腔。以5/0尼龙线无张力间断缝合切缘。拆线后外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏防止瘢痕形成。结果27例手术患者剥离囊肿后均精细缝合,术后愈合良好,无明显瘢痕形成。结论囊肿剥离精细缝合术联合咪喹莫特乳膏是治疗面部皮脂腺囊肿并预防瘢痕形成较为理想的手术方法。

Clinical Analysis of Subtie Stiching Combining of Imiquimod Cream in the Prevention Scarring of Ficial Cyst Decollement

Objective Evaluate the curative effect of subtle stitchin combining of imiquimod cream in facial sebaceous glands cyst. Provide safe and reliable treatment for sebaceous glands cyst and prevention scarring. Methods According to the size of the cyst and involvement, fusiform incision was cut in the form of deeply in both ends and shallowly in the middle. Then the cyst was completely stripped. After freeing the flap, subcutaneous interrupted suture was done with 0-slik to close the cavity. The incisal edge was interrupted sutured with 5 / 0 nylon thread without tension. Imiquimod cream was topical used after removing the suture to prevent scarring. Results 27 cases of sebaceous glands cyst were treated with cyst decollement and subtle stitching. No recurrence and no obvious scar formation. Conclusion Subtle stitching combining of imiquimod cream is a safe and reliable treatment for facial sebaceous glands cyst and prevention scarring.
