摘    要:目的 探讨肺功能训练合并营养支持在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者稳定期康复中的效果.方法 42例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组(20例)和实验组(22例),实验组在对照组基础上予以肺功能训练.两组患者均予以8周治疗,采用mMRC评估患者呼吸困难程度,FEV1/FVC评估患者气流受限程度,BMI评估患者营养状况,6 MWT评估患者运动功能.结果 治疗前后两组mMRC评分、FEV1/FVC、BMI指数、6MWT差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 肺功能训练合并营养支持治疗能够改善COPD患者营养状况,缓解患者呼吸困难及气流受阻程度,提高患者运动能力,在康复治疗工作中值得推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of nutritional supplementation combined with conventional pulmonary rehabilitation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 42 patients were randomized into the test group and the control group. The control group were treated with usual diet. On the contrary treatments of conventional pulmonary rehabilitation and nutritional supplementation were added to the test group. Dyspnea was measured with modify Medical Research Council (mMRC). Airway obstruction was measured with FEV I/FVC. Exercise capacity was measured through 6MWT. Body mass indexes were also evaluated. Results The differences of mMRC, FEV I/FVC, BMI and 6MWT were significant between before and after treatment (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The combination of nutritional supplementation with conventional pulmonary rehabilitation resulted in improvements.
