| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑部SPECT-DAT显像在帕金森病诊疗中的价值。方法 用^99mTc-TRODAT-1 SPECT-DAT断层显像。PD患者行Hoehn-Yahr分级。结果 早期PD患者起病肢体对侧SPECT-DAT放射性浓集减少，中晚期PD患者双侧纹状体SPECT-DAT放射性摄取明显减少。SPECT—DAT浓集程度与PD病情严重程度有关。结论 SPECT-DAT显像有助于PD的诊治及严重程度的评估。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the value of brain SPECT- DAT imaging in diagnosis and treatment for parkinson disease. Methods: Dopamine transporter imaging of SPECT with 99mTc-TRODAT-1 was used. The degree about the severity of patients with parkinson disease was evaluated by Hoehn-Yahr disability score. Results: In patients with PD at the early stage,the distribution and quantities of specific radioactivity uptake were reduced in contralateral striatum to clinically symptomatic side. In patients with PD at the intermediate and advanced stage, the distribution and quantities of specific radioactivity uptake were obviously reduced in two striatum.There were positive correlation between the quantity of SPECT- DAT distribution and the severity of patients with PD. Conclusion: 99mTc-TRODAT-1 SPECT- DAT imaging can help to diagnose and assess the degree about the severity of PD. |
