半硫丸药物组成毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的通过对半硫丸半数致死量的测定,明确其毒性以及组成药物在其中所发挥的作用。方法根据预实验结果得到的半硫丸及其各拆方组0%(Dn)和100%(Dm)死亡率剂量,以及Dm/Dn的倍数,确定各组的组数与剂量,进一步测出各组的半数致死量。结果半硫丸及硫磺、硫磺姜汁、硫磺半夏半数致死量分别为19.7545、30.7690、50.0662与10.3672。结论硫磺与半夏均有毒,姜汁可减缓硫磺与半夏毒性。

Abstract:Objective Through measurement of the lethal dose of Banliuwan to understand its toxicity and the function of its composition. Methods According to the result of the former experiment, the dosage and the group number were determined. On that basis the lethal dose of every group were detected. Results The Lethal dose of Banliuwang group, Liuhuang group, Liuhuangjiangzhi group and Liuhuangbanxia group were 19. 7545,30. 7690, 50.0662 and lO. 3672. Conclusion Liuhuang and Banxia all possessed toxicity, while Shengjiang could relieve toxicity of these.
