重庆市200名女性劳教人员艾滋病知识及高危行为特征分析

目的了解女性劳教人员中梅毒、艾滋病的患病率和关于STD/AIDS的知识、态度、信念和行为(KABP)情况,为探索有效的行为干预措施提供科学的依据.方法对重庆市女子劳教所中新入所的200名女性劳教人员进行有关STD/AIDS的KABP问卷调查,资料经SPSS9.0进行统计分析.结果在200名劳教人员中共查出梅毒48例,患病率为24.0%,HIV感染者8例,患病率为4.0%,经静脉吸毒仍为主要的感染途径.对艾滋病性病的认知水平较高,但与性伴侣发生性关系时安全套使用率低,每次都用安全套的仅占15.5%.与性伴侣发生性关系时不用安全套的主要原因是性伴侣不喜欢.结论梅毒在吸毒人员和卖淫妇女中的高患病率和HIV的流行,预示艾滋病正由吸毒人群向性乱人群蔓延,加强吸毒人群和性滥交者的综合监测和行为干预已迫在眉睫.

An analysis of AIDS knowledge and character of high risk behavior among 200 women assigned in Chongqing Re-education Center

Objective To investigate the prevalence of syphilis and HIV and the status of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice about STD/AIDS among women in Chongqing Re education Center and to provide the scientific information for behavior intervention among them.Methods Two hundred women in the Re education Center were interviewed with questionnaires and detected for syphilis and HIV.All data were sorted and analysed by SPSS software.Results A total of 200 women in the re education center entered this programme.The cases of syphilis were 48,the prevalence of syphilis was 24.0%,and women with HIV were 8,the prevalence of HIV was 4.0%.The main transmission route of AIDS was intraveinous drug use.The level of knowledge about STD/AIDS was high.The rate of condom use with clients was low.Women who used condom every time with clients accounted for 15.3%.The main reason of no condom use with clients was that the clients refused to use condom.Conclusion High prevalence of syphilis and epidemic of HIV among female sex workers and drug users indicate that AIDS spread from drug users to sex workers.It is urgent to strengthen the comprehensive surveillance and behavior intervention among drug users and sex workers.
