| 摘 要： | 从医院物资管理的主要特点出发，指出了存在的突出问题，提出了依托网络化信息管理平台，实行物资精细化动态管理；利用现代化物流管理技术，实现集约化一体保障；实现核算系统之间数据联通，做到及时、准确核算的改进思路与优化措施。

| Abstract: | In view of the characteristics of hospital material management, the main problems in current material management are analyzed. Measures to improve material management are discussed. Firstly, Lean management is considered to be applied based on network information platform. Secondly, integration and intensive material management system is considered to be developed by using modern material management skill Thirdly, accounting system is considered to be timely and accurate accounting. |
