骨肽关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的探讨骨肽关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 5mL注射器抽取骨肽注射液20mg,选用髌骨外上缘穿刺点,缓慢注入骨肽,1周注射1次,连续4周。结果随访362例患者,男108例,女254例,年龄36～86岁,平均62.2岁,病史程0.5年～25年,平均12.8年,双膝68个,左膝189,右膝105,其中临床缓解242例(66.9%),有效87例(24%),无效33例(9.1%),总有效率90.9%。起效时间最短1d,最长1周。结论骨肽关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎,可以明显改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Intra-articular Ossotide Injection

Objective To observe the effect after knee injection of ossotide injection for patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods The injector of 10 ml took suction ossotide injection 20mg,it was slowly injected in the knee joint from the position of both external and upper side on the knee.It was once a week until the 4th week. Results 362 patients, including male 108 and female 254 with an average age of 62.2 years, the history of 0.5 year to 25 years with an average year of 12.8 years and 68 both knees,189 left knees,105 right knees were followed up.242 of 362 cases were relief, 87 of 362 cases were effective,33 of 362 cases were ineff iciency, total effective rate was 90.9%. The shortest time of effect beginning was one day, the longest was one week. Conclusions The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with intra-articular ossotide injection could improve clinical symptoms and life quality of the patiens.
