母牛分枝杆菌菌苗治疗涂阳肺结核的临床研究

摘    要:目的评价化疗并用母牛分枝杆菌菌苗(微卡菌苗)治疗涂阳肺结核的疗效.方法将116例初治涂阳肺结核患者随机分为治疗组(Ⅴ组)、对照组(C组),各58例,两组均采用2HRZE/4HR化疗方案,治疗组(Ⅴ组)在治疗2周末加微卡菌苗治疗.观察治疗后肺部病灶吸收、痰菌阴转,血清白蛋白及淋巴细胞变化情况.结果第2月末痰菌阴转率:V、C组分别为93.2%和79.3%;疗程结束(6个月末)痰菌阴转率;V、C组分别为98.0%和87.9%.疗程2月末胸片吸收率;V、C组93%,77%;疗程结束胸片改善吸收率V、C组分别为:96.5%和84.4%.疗程结束胸片空洞闭合率V、C组分别为:81.5%和59.3%.结论微卡菌苗能提高机体白蛋白和促进细胞增殖,促进痰菌阴转率及病灶吸收.

Abstract:Objective To observe and evaluate the curative effect of postitive bacteria pulmonary tuberculo-sis treated with chemotherapy and Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine. Methods 116 primary positive bacteria pulmonary tuberculosis cases were separated into group V, C at random. Immunotherapy therament group (group V 58 cases) and control group(group C58 cases) The patients in the two groups were treated with the same chemotherapy regiment 2HREZ/4HR, and the group V were treated with 11 times M. vaccae. Then observe the fociab-sorption and the sputum negative conversion. Results At the end of 2 months, the sputum negative conversion rate to group V, C was separately 93.2%, 79.3%. At the end of treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate to groupV, C was separately 98.0%, 87.9%, At the end of 2 months, sorpation rate to group V, C was separately 93.0%, 77.0%. the end of treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate to 96.5% and 84.4%; cavity close up was sepa-retely 81.5%, 53.1%. Conclusions Mycobacterium vaccae vaccine can improve the sputum negative conversion rate, accelerate the foci absorption and the cell-medicated immunity.
