定君生治疗细菌性阴道病128例临床观察

目的探讨乳酸菌制剂（定君生）治疗细菌性阴道病（Bactgerial vaginosis,BV）的疗效。方法选择256例患者,随机分为2组。试验组（定君生组）128例：每晚睡前放定君生一枚于阴道深部,无需冲洗阴道,疗程10天;对照组（抗生素组）128例：每晚睡前先以甲硝唑氯已定50ml冲洗阴道,再放置甲硝唑阴道泡藤片一枚于阴道深部,疗程10天,同时口服替硝唑1g,1次/d,共3天。比较两组患者的白带多、外阴痒、治疗后阴道分泌物BV快速试验转阴、pH值变化情况以及一个月后BV随访。结果两组在治疗白带多、外阴痒、治疗后阴道分泌物BV快速试验转阴、pH值正常统计学差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;治疗后一个月随访,BV快速试验又转阳者,两组差异有显著性（P=0.000）。结论乳杆菌制剂治疗BV,疗效等同于抗生素,但不会产生抗生素固有的耐药性及副作用。它可以改善阴道的内环境,恢复阴道正常菌群,从根本上治疗BV及其复发。

Gingjunsheng for treatment of bacterial vaginosis

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of lactobacillus preparation on bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods256 outpatients were divided randomly into two groups.Patients in Group A(n=128) received a piece of Dingjunsheng left in the vagina every night before sleep without vagina flush for 10 days.Patients in Group B served as control(n=128) received a piece of metronidazole left in the vagina before vaginal flush with 50 ml Metronidazole and Chlorhexidine Lotion,meanwhile with Tinidazole Tablets taken orally(1g qd for 3 days).Sexual intercourse was forbidden during the treatment.ResultsThere was no statistical difference between the two groups in leucorrhea,pudendum pruritus,negative rate of BV fast test,and pH values(P>0.05).The positive rate of BV fast test at 1 month after treatment exhibited a significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01).ConclusionLactobacillus preparation has an identical effect with antibiotics in treatment of bacterial vaginosis.It avoids drug-resistance and side reactions,improves vaginal internal environment,and reverts normal flora.It should be preferably used in bacterial vaginosis.
