2007年全国血吸虫病监测结果分析

目的分析2007年全国血吸虫监测点监测结果，为制订防控血吸虫病决策提供参考。方法收集与整理全国80个血吸虫病监测点的凋查数据，汇总与分析各项监测指标。结果2007年全国监测点的居民血清学检查阳性率12．34％，人群感染率0．92％，家畜感染率2．90％；活螺平均密度0．43只／0．11m2，感染螺平均密度0．0007只／0．11m2。结论2007年全国血吸虫病监测点人群、家畜和螺情的疫情指标仍呈下降趋势，但个别监测点家畜感染率仍然较高。

Surveillance on endemic situation of schistosomiasis in China in 2007

Objective To analyze schistosomiasis situation of china in 2007 and provide evidence for instantly decision to schistosomiasis control. Methods The surveillance data was collected from 80 national surveillance sites of china in 2007, and then the epidemic indices of schistosomiasis were calculated and analyzed. Results The total sero-positive rate of residents was 12.34%, with the estimated infection rate of 0.92%, and the infection rate of livestock was 2.90%. The density of living snails and infected snails were 0.4300 /0.1 lm2, 0.000 7/0.11 m2, respectively. Conclusion The epidemic indices of residents, cattle and snails of 2007 are remarkable lower than those of 2006, but the livestock in several sites still remained higer prevalence of schistosomiasis.
