医院核心人力资源绩效评价体系的构建

摘    要:介绍同济医院核心人力资源绩效评价体系的构建方法。首先建立了定性指标体系和定量指标体系,并对指标体系进行统计和评分。定性指标是指难以具体计量、需要通过服务对象、上级、同事或部门进行评议来反映核心人力资源的"软性"绩效。定量指标是指可计量、能客观地反映核心人力资源的工作效率和效果,突出反映其劳务贡献的指标,是核心人力资源的"硬性"绩效。对定性指标的项目进行权重分配,对定量指标赋予不同的分值,对核心人力资源按定性评分和定量评分的排名结果进行奖励。并设立核心人力资源绩效奖金。

Abstract:Methods of establishing core human resources performance evaluation system in Tongji Hospital was introduced. Quantitative and qualitative index system was designed and scored. Qualitative index means the index which is difficult to be measured and needs patient,leader and colleague to score. It can reflect core human resources soft performance. Quantitative index means the index which can be measured and can objectively reflect core human resources’ efficiency and effectiveness. It reflects the hard performance. Qualitative index should give different weigh and quantitative index should give different score. Core human resources performance bonus is set and after sorting,the top ones will be rewarded.
