| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨体外培养人肾间质成纤维细胞(humanrenalinterstitialfibroblasts,hRIFs)的方法。方法:取人肾乳头组织培养,通过细胞形态、免疫细胞化学染色和右旋缬氨酸选择性培养基培养等手段进行细胞鉴定。结果:培养细胞呈梭形、单个核,表达波形蛋白,在选择性培养基内逐渐死亡。结论:该培养方法能获高纯hRIFs。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the culture method of human renal interstitial fibroblasts (hRIFs) in vitro . Methods: hRIFs were grown up in culture medium from isolated human kidney papilla. They were identified by morphologic examination, immunocytochemical staining and culture in D valine selective medium. Results: The pure cells were gained by the second passage of subculture. They were shuttle shaped cells with positive vimentin expression. They died gradually in the selective medium. Conclusion: By the method showed in this paper, highly pure hRIFs can be successfully obtained. |
