社区高血压患者药物治疗及血压达标现状的调查研究

目的调查社区高血压患者血压达标及药物治疗现状，分析其影响因素。方法选择在社区随访的高血压患者756例，记录患者年龄、性别、文化程度、经济收入、是否医保、高血压病程、合并症及就诊时血压和药物治疗情况。结果服药治疗率93．38％，达标率41．75％，合并糖尿病达标率27．88％。单一用药77．76％，联合用药22．23％；单一用药达标率42．07％，联合用药达标率42．67％，两者相比无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。血压达标与患者性别、文化程度、是否医保之间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。血压达标与患者的经济收入和高血压病程之间有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论社区高血压患者血压达标率低，其原因与单一用药比例较大、药物选择、药物配伍不合理、患者的经济收入及高血压病程有关。需加强社区高血压管理，以提高高血压患者治疗率和达标率。

The investigation about the state of anti-hypertensive therapy and reaching the standard of patients in community

ObjectiveTo investigate the state of antihypertensive therapy and reaching the standard of patients in community and analyze the influence factors.Methods756 hypertension patients who followed up in community were selected randomly,and their age,gender,the degree of culture,wage income,medicare,hypertension course,complications,blood pressure value and the state of anti-hypertensive therapy were recorded.ResultsThe rate of drug therapy was 93.38%,and the total rate of reaching the standard was 41.75%,the rate of reaching the standard in diabetes complication group was 27.88%.The rate of one drug-group was 77.67%,and the rate of combined drug group was 22.23%.The rate of reaching the standard in one drug group was 42.07%,and the rate of reaching the standard in combined drug group was 42.67%,there was no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant differences between the rate of reaching the standard and gender,the degree of culture,medicare,hypertension course(P>0.05).There was significance between drug selection and income,hypertension course(P<0.05),whereas there was no significance between and expense,weather medicare(P>0.05).ConclusionThere was a lower rate of reaching the standard of patients in community because most patients just took one kind of drug,and it was unreasonable in medication. Hypertension course was related to patient's income.Community physician should be strengthen.
