妇科癌症患者并患梅毒的处理

目的:探讨妇科癌症患者并患梅毒的处理方法。方法:33例妇科癌症并患梅毒的患者根据其患妇科癌症病种及病情缓急的不同,将梅毒的规范治疗与肿瘤的及时、安全、适宜的手术、放疗、化疗等治疗协调处理,并加强对患者的管理及相应的宣传教育。结果:33例患者中32例取得了满意的梅毒治疗效果;8例2年内死于肿瘤,其余25例生存,总体取得了较为满意的梅毒治疗效果和肿瘤治疗效果。既及时控制了梅毒,最大限度地降低了对亲属和医护人员的传染风险,又使肿瘤得到了及时、有效的治疗,做到了二者的兼顾。结论:对妇科癌症合并梅毒的患者,依据梅毒治疗和癌症治疗相互兼顾的原则,给予及时、适当的处理,能取得两种疾病的满意疗效。

Treatment for patients with gynecologic carcinoma and syphilis

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the treatment for patients with gynecologic cancer and syphilis. METHODS: According to the kinds of cancer and the status of the patients, 33 patients with gynecologic cancer and syphilis received proper treatments which involved normal treatment for syphilis and timely, safe, combined treatment methods for carcinoma, such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. All these treatments gave attention to both of the two kinds disease, syphilis and gynecologic cancer. Proper administration and education were also given to the patients and their family members. RESULTS: Thirty-two of the 33 patients received satisfactory curative effect about syphilis. Eight patients died of gynecologic cancer in 2 years, and the other 25 patients survived. This result can not only lower the syphilis infection risk of the doctors, nurses and the patients family members, but also stop progression of the tumors.CONCLUSION: In according to the principle of giving attention to both gynecologic cancer and syphilis, after giving timely and proper combined treatment to the patients with the two kinds disease, most of them could have good curative effect.
