摘    要:应用反相蒸发法制备出重组人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(rh Cu/Zn SOD)脂质体,其包封率为49.1%,在大鼠体内半衰期为3.45 h,体外模拟胃酸、胃蛋白酶、胰酶耐受力分别为90.3%、86.2%.79.8%;在小鼠体内脾、肝、肺脏中分布最高.

Abstract:Reconbinent human Cu/Zn superoxide disumtase (rh Cu/Zn SOD)liposome was per-pared by reverse-phase evaporation method. The encapsulation rate was 49.1%,the half-life of SOD inWistar rats was 3.45 h and simulated endruances against gastric acid, pepsin and pancreatin in vitro were 90.3% , 86.2%and 79.8% respectively. The resultes of this experiment showed that rh Cu/ZnSOD was highly distributed in some organs, especially, especially in spleen, lung and liver.
