阴道镜下定位活检在子宫颈病变的早期诊断价值

目的探讨阴道镜下宫颈病变组织病理学检查的诊断价值。方法．回顾我院2003年10月至2005年10月共283例阴道镜异常图像下的病理组织学检查结果并进行分析总结。结果宫颈浸润癌13例，宫颈原位癌9例。宫颈CIN59例。宫颈慢性炎症119例，宫颈HPV感染12例。宫颈尖锐湿疣6例。结论阴道镜下宫颈组织病理学检查是早期诊断宫颈病变的重要方法，尤其可提高宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的检出率。

The value of localization biopsy under colposcopy in early diagnsing cervical disease

Objective To discuss the value of the pathology examination under the colposcopy in diagnosing cervical disease. Methods By analyzing and summarizing the 283 cases of the histo-pathology examination results of the unusual images under the colposcopy in our hospital from Oct,2003 to Oct,2005. Results Of the 283 cases, 13 cases were invasive carcinoma of cervix uteri, 9 intraepithelial carcinoma, 59CIN, 119 chronic cervicitis, 12 cervical infection HPV and 6 cervical condyloma acuminate. Conclusion The patholopy examination of cervix tissue under the colposcopy is not only an important and effective method to diagnose cervical disease at an early stage, but it also can enhance the picking out rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer .
