| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性膀胱破裂的诊治方法。方法回顾分析1995～2007年本院收治的15例外伤性膀胱破裂患者的诊疗方法及其疗效。14例行膀胱灌注试验确诊,1例因尿道断裂行尿道会师术时发现。15例均行膀脱修补术,其中11例行膀胱造瘘术,4例仅留置导尿管引流。结果15例均痊愈,术后排尿正常。结论膀胱灌注试验结合腹腔穿刺是诊断膀胱破裂简单而可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic bladder rupture.Methods Between January 1995 and December 2007,the diagnosis,therapy and effect was retro- spectively analyzed on 15 patients with traumatic bladder rupture.14 cases were confirmed by the text of bladder irrigation,1was found in urethra reunion operation because of urethra disruption.
