68例终末期尿毒症并发神经精神症状原因分析

目的　提高终末期尿毒症的临床诊治水平 ,寻找导致其并发神经精神症状的原因。方法　回顾性分析 68例出现神经精神症状的终末期尿毒症患者临床资料。结果　终末期尿毒症出现神经精神症状常见原因为①原发病及并发症 :尤其是严重代谢性酸中毒、电解质紊乱、尿毒症毒素蓄积 ;②透析相关病 :近期主要是失衡综合征、远期主要是进行性透析脑病 ;③脑血管器质病变。结论　终末期尿毒症出现神经精神症状与多因素有关 ,治疗上应积极治疗原发病、并发症 ,预防动脉硬化 ,选择恰当的透析方式、频率 ,并要注意排除脑血管器质性病变

Analysis of correlative factors of neuropsychic symptom in end-stage uremia

Objective To study the correlative factors of neuropsychic symptom in end-stage uremia. Methods The clinical materials of neuropsychic symptom in 68 patients with end-stage uremia were retrospectively analyzed. Results The common causes of neuropsychic symptom in end-stage uremia were: ① primary disease and complication: especially severe metabolic acidosis, electrolyte disturbance, uremia toxin storage; ② dialysis correlative diseases: balance disturbance syndrome in early-stage, progressive dialysis encephalopathy in late stage; ③ cerebrovascular organic disease. Conclusions The occurrence of neuropsychic symptom in end-stage uremia is related to multi-factors. The keyhole procedures in treatment of this disease were to manage the primary disease and complications, prevent arteriosclerosis, select suitable dialysis way and frequency and pay attention to exclude cerebrovascular organic disease.
